This short programme will support you to understand the reasons for change in an organisation. From there you will learn how to conduct an environmental and organisational analysis and identify opportunities for change. In addition, assess the benefits and risks before then developing the change implementation plan and the monitoring and review process.

All of the courses are fully funded for eligible learners. Eligibility criteria include proof of benefits and ID, lawful residence in the UK for over 3 years, and completion of the Maths & English online assessments.
Fees for selected part-time courses can be waived for students on low incomes, or those who get certain benefits. See our Funding page for further information.
If it’s a HE course you’re interested in, such as a HNC/D or degree, then you can access financial support via the Student Loan Company. Student Loans are only repaid once you’ve completed your course and earn above the income threshold (currently £27,295 per year). Loans can be taken out for tuition fees and for living expenses.
