Preparing to Work in a school
How to prepare you for further learning and training, whilst developing an understanding of the teaching and learning environment in a school setting, how to support the well-being of a child or young person and child, and young person development in addition to being aware of the importance of safeguarding as part of the role.
The course is designed for learners who are thinking of working in a school setting or are about to start work or volunteering in a school setting. The Level 1 qualification is aimed at a range of learners, including young or mature learners without any previous study experience, learners with special educational needs or where English is not the learners first language.
