Boohoo Upskilling Success with Functional Skills!
Last week Free2Learn helped Boohoo staff members to upskill by delivering Functional Skills English and Maths at their centre in Burnley. Over 100 people gain a new qualification with our programme, gaining an entry level 1 or level 2 qualification they can use to progress their careers. Â It is inspiring for us to see how upskilling and reskilling helps people to progress in their careers and opens up new opportunities for them in the future.
We have delivered our upskilling programme to many different employers around the UK from Boohoo to Football Clubs in the Premier League. Â They have all seen how having unskilled their employee’s has had such a positive impact on their business. Â It doesn’t just improve outcomes but also gives employee’s the confidence to really thrive in their role.
