For many businesses, being able to offer clear and accurate information, advice or guidance (IAG) – and knowing what can be shared legally and professionally – is really important. If you give information, advice or guidance as part of your role, this level 2 course can help you brush up on your skills and make sure you’re aware of the fundamental rules for successful information sharing.
Certificate in Information, Advice or Guidance
All of the courses are fully funded for eligible learners. Eligibility criteria include proof of benefits and ID, lawful residence in the UK for over 3 years, and completion of the Maths & English online assessments.
Fees for selected part-time courses can be waived for students on low incomes, or those who get certain benefits. See our Funding page for further information.
If it’s a HE course you’re interested in, such as a HNC/D or degree, then you can access financial support via the Student Loan Company. Student Loans are only repaid once you’ve completed your course and earn above the income threshold (currently £27,295 per year). Loans can be taken out for tuition fees and for living expenses.
