On our Level 2 Make-up course, learn the skills to advise customers on beauty, including make-up application, eyebrow shaping and other practical beauty techniques. It is great preparation for a career in a salon or on a make-up counter. While your on the course you will also develop your skills in customer relations, the selling processes and industry knowledge. Brush up on your communication and team work skills, giving you the confidence to excel in the work place. You will explore career planning and how to tailor your CV to the beauty industry. At the end of your course you will receive three recognised qualifications. 6-week programme A specially selected nail kit will be despatched to your address. Your kit will contain all the essential products and equipment needed to complete your practical skills and modules, perfect the core techniques and create the inspired looks and designs covered within the Discovery Beauty virtual experience. With each unit you will have online tutor presentations and demonstrations, video access as well as tutor led Q&A. After each theoretical unit there will be a multiple-choice online quiz to complete. You can take the quiz as much times as you need and have access to one to one telephone support clinics from your tutors. For practical units you will be required to upload photographic evidence of your before and after work, in addition to video uploads of your process and final results both of which will be reviewed by your tutor. – You must be 19 or older
