Week 1: Level 2 Certificate in Supply Chain Logistics

Week 2: Level 2 Certificate in Certificate in Customer Service
- Supporting the customer service environment
- Delivery of effective customer service
Week 2: Level 2 Award in Food Safety & Hygiene (One day course)
- Food safety hazards and contamination
- Food preservation, storage, and temperature control
- The legislation that governs food handling
- Hazards Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP)
- 19 years or older
- Proof of benefits and an ID, such as valid passport or driving licence (provisional is also accepted together with birth certificate)
- If not British, we require a resident card/permit issued on the 2017 or before as a proof of living in the UK lawfully for more than 3 years
- If you are a member of the EU, we require a picture of your passport, pre-settled or settled status shared code.
