Michaela was someone who had not been working for over 3 years. She was not sure what she wanted to do or what career. She was also a single mother who wanted to find something that could help her work around her 2 young children.
She signed up to Free 2 Learn’s Contact Centre course and through this course she discovered a passion for the customer service sector. She successfully attended every day and completed all the qualifications. At the end of the course G4S conducted interviews with everyone including Michaela and she was offered a job at G4S working as a Customer Service Advisor. They also offered her the chance to work from home, which allows her to work with her children. Michaela was grateful to Free 2 Learn for the continued support throughout.
